Custom CRM

We are developing a comprehensive, tailor-made real estate sales management system on behalf of a service provider, designed to meet specific business requirements. The platform is built to support both independent real estate professionals and larger franchise networks, offering the flexibility and scalability to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Currently in development.

Custom website

A comprehensive international real estate portal is being developed entirely from the ground up, with no pre-existing materials or templates. The project encompasses the full development of the platform, including public-facing pages, user accounts, payment and subscription modules, administrative interfaces, as well as legal and system pages. The platform will also incorporate AI-powered features to enhance functionality, streamline user interactions, and deliver a modern, intelligent user experience. Currently in the planning phase.

Who You’ll Work With

My name is Ákos Kiricsi. I’m an engineer, entrepreneur, and the founder of friendlyai.studio.

I’ve been working with IT systems for several years, and one thing has become clear to me: most small and medium-sized businesses don’t struggle because of technology itself, but because no one brings all the pieces together into one cohesive, fully functioning system.

That’s what I do. First, I take the time to understand how your business operates. Then I design and build the systems you need to make it work better.

Every system architecture and solution is designed personally by me. I don’t hand your project over to a junior colleague, and I don’t rely on filling in a template. Every solution is built around your business, your processes, and your specific needs.

Am I committed to anything if I buy the plan?

No. The plan belongs to you, and you can implement it with anyone — including your own team.

What if I want you to implement the plan?

We’ll provide a separate fixed-price quote based on the plan. If you commission the work within 60 days, the full fee for the Digital Systems Plan will be deducted from the implementation cost.

When do I need to pay?

At the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received, and you’ll receive confirmation by email.

Does everything take place online?

Yes, via Google Meet, from any device. There’s nothing to install.

What if I need to cancel?

Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll reschedule free of charge.

What size of business is this for?

Typically, service and trading businesses with 3–50 employees. If your business is smaller or larger, get in touch and we’ll honestly tell you whether it’s likely to be worthwhile.

Do you develop custom CRMs or implement existing systems?

Both. The plan helps determine which option makes the most sense for your business. Often, a well-configured off-the-shelf system is the better choice.

Why isn’t the first conversation free?

Because this isn’t a sales call — it’s a working session. You receive a tangible written plan at the end, which you can use even if you decide not to work with us afterwards.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

It’s enough to know which software tools you use and to have one or two examples of what currently causes the most frustration. We’ll explore the rest together during the session.
